Dining reservations and policies

Reservation process

Reservations can be made via our website, by phone at +61255501234, or by email at [email protected]. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special events.

  • A valid contact method is required to confirm your reservation.
  • We may require a deposit for large groups or private dining events.
  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Cancellation and no-show policy

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to arrive without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.

For groups of 6 or more, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellation. We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.

Poker room terms

Participation eligibility

The poker room is open to adults aged 18 and over. Participation in Texas Hold'em tournaments is strictly for social, in-person play. No money, wagering, or gambling of any kind is involved.

  • A buy-in refers solely to a chips-only table allocation provided for the tournament.
  • Chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
  • Players must adhere to the venue's code of conduct and tournament rules.

Tournament rules

Tournaments are conducted according to standard Texas Hold'em rules as modified by The Cinder Parlour. The venue reserves the right to alter tournament schedules, structures, and participant limits at its discretion.

  • Players must register in advance or on the day, subject to availability.
  • The venue may disqualify any player for unsportsmanlike conduct.
  • All decisions by the tournament director are final.
